Terms and Conditions

Thank you for choosing Kangaroo Advertising, a premier digital marketing company based in Scottsdale, Arizona. By utilizing our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Service Offerings

 Kangaroo Advertising provides a range of digital marketing services including Paid Social, Paid Search, Organic Search, AI Consulting, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, Web Design, Video Production, and Performance Marketing.

2. Payment Terms:

Clients are responsible for timely payment of all invoices. Payments must be made according to the terms outlined in the agreement between Kangaroo Advertising and the client. Failure to make payments may result in the suspension or termination of services.

3. Campaign Management

 For services such as Paid Social, Paid Search, and AI Consulting, Kangaroo Advertising will create and manage campaigns to the best of our ability, aiming to achieve the client’s objectives. However, results may vary depending on factors beyond our control such as market conditions and algorithm changes.

4. Content Ownership

Any content created by Kangaroo Advertising, including but not limited to videos, graphics, and written materials, remains the intellectual property of Kangaroo Advertising unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Clients may not reuse, distribute, or modify this content without explicit permission.

5. Performance Marketing Agreement

Clients engaging in Performance Marketing with an ad spend of $1,500 per month grant Kangaroo Advertising permission to fund their social media accounts. In return, all services will be provided at cost until the client starts seeing results. This agreement is subject to the terms outlined in the Performance Marketing contract.

6. Confidentiality

Kangaroo Advertising and the client agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of their partnership. This includes but is not limited to business strategies, financial information, and campaign data.

7. Limitation of Liability

 While Kangaroo Advertising strives to deliver high-quality services, we cannot guarantee specific results or outcomes. We are not liable for any losses or damages incurred by the client as a result of using our services. Our liability is limited to the fees paid by the client for the specific service in question.

8. Termination of Services

 Either party may terminate services with a 30-day written notice. Upon termination, any outstanding fees must be paid in full, and any ongoing campaigns will be concluded as per the agreed terms.
